Walt said it best:
"Fantasyland is dedicated to the young at heart and to those who
believe that when you wish upon a star, your dreams come true."
Which one are you?
And, for the first time in decades, Fantasyland will undergo a major
facelift. Commonly referred to as Fantasyland II, most everything from the
other side of Pooh to the train tracks will be razed, and rebuilt themed
to Disney's more recent (and recent is a relative term) princesses, such
as Ariel and Belle...
Princesses are big business these days...
You can find video of Peter Pan's Flight
here.

Mickey's Toontown Fair is the children's area of the park, and will become
a victim to the Princesses when Fantasyland II becomes reality. Everything
here is whimsical and colorful, sized for the children. Even the roller-coaster.
Mickey and Minnie live here, with an area for other character meet-'n-greets.

Tomorrowland really was supposed to be the vision of the future,
but how was Walt supposed to know that the actual progress in the world
of Science and Technology would advance much faster than his imagination?
The concept was tried again in Epcot, but it failed there as well.
If there was anything that needed improvement more than Fantasyland in the
park, it's Tomorrowland.

There's actual video of the
Main Street Electrical Parade
(as well as
SpectroMagic)
in the video section. These pics were just some
incidental camcorder pics I took. It was my favorite parade at Magic Kingdom, but
you can hear me whine in the video section...

Wishes Nighttime Spectacular
is also available in the video section. It's a show that rivals Illuminations
in every way, but shares none of the elements between the shows. This is
Disney Imagineering at it's best...
